Welcome to the Reilys and On The Road Updates

So, if you have been following Welcome to the Reilys, not long a trailer came out along with a limited release date of November 5th. Well now sources say that the film will open the New Orleans Film Fest October 14th, in New Orleans! The movie its self was filmed on location within the city, which was not KStew's first time here either!

And not her last...

On The Road, KStew next movie, which is currently filming in Argentina, will be in New Orleans for production, September 7-16th. Now, I'm a little worried because we have a massive party going on September the 9th, as the New Orleans Saints start their regular season with a concert and parade. Hopefully the production company can handle the crowd that will be in the Quarter through out entire day and night!!

And last but not least, KStew and company will began production on Breaking Dawn in Baton Rouge come this November!!

Vamp D's Soundtrack

Add another date to your handy dandy calendar as the soundtrack for the ever popluar TV series, The Vampire Diaries, hits stores on October 12 of this year.

From groups like, Smashing Pumpkins (an all time favorite of mine), Bat For Lashes (they appear on the Eclipse soundtrack with Beck) and Sliversun Pickups (a band that I am currently in love with) the mix is amazing.

Breaking Dawn Casting Directors Revealed

Summit has issued a statement as far as Casting Directors for Breaking Dawn...

According to a new releases, Debra Zane, who handled casting for the first three movies, and is based in LA is over seeing two other firms that will handle casting duties for locations in Baton Rouge, La and Vancouver.

These are the only three casting firms that will cast characters or extras when need be and Summit wants fans to remember not to get caught up in phony casting calls for the film.

And the Sexy Beast is.........

Back in July, Entertainment Weekly started a Sexy Beast competition... pitting vampires with werewolf, monsters with aliens and on...

Well last week it came down to just two Beast... Vampires ~ Damon (Ian Somerhalder) from the Vamp D's and Edward (Robert Pattinson) from the Twilight series...

Now... the hard part was voting for me... Ian is just Hot (a little hotter than Rob!) and Rob, well Rob is Rob... But I voted with my heart and went with Edward...

And now, since voting is OVER who is the Ultimate Sexy Beast????

Well it's Ian Somerhalder of course.... Jeez, what is it with these Louisiana boys lately??? LOL

A Little Note From ME!

I am so far behind on everything... Running between baseball, dancing, and others... trying to plan a vacay in Houston next month, blogging, tweeting, face booking, emailing, reading, reading fanfic....

I guess you would call that life... It's been busy lately...

So bare with me as True Blood comes to an end, Vamp D's start up again and Breaking Dawn FINALLY starts to shoot, I will try to update as much news as I can... so for now, I will go and clean the bathrooms.... URGH!!!!!!!

WHOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA.... Aleaxander Skarsgard (Eric), Anna Paquin (Sookie) and Stephen Moyer (Bill) get naked and very bloody for the next cover of the Rolling Stone.

I'm not complaining but would like to know how they will market this one.... LOL

Eclipse Wallpaper

The other day, while surfing Tweeter, I saw that some one wanted some bed room scenes from Eclipse... Lucky me, I saved some pics on my handy dandy IPhone and sent them on their way!

Little did I know, she was making a wallpaper and guess what... here it is:


It's kinda of small here but let me tell ya, this chick is amazing!! I was so happy that I could be apart of this and share my love for this particular scene in the movie!

So, wanna know who made this?? I will tell ya this, ONE VERY TALENTED PERSON!! LOL

A White Twilight Christmas???

Since I get most of my information for my blog off of twitter and fan sites... I was looking around last night and found this very interseting article about a White Twilight Christmas... In search further, I found the above books in an article on theBookseller.com.

According to the website...

" Stephenie Meyer's blockbuster Twilight series is to be republished this Christmas with a new white jacket design. "

It goes on to say that the set will be released between October and Christmas but only aboard, there is no information for the US. Weird? Not Fair if ya ask me!!!

So, if I have any peeps living abroad, lucky you... I will find a way to get a set or two or three...

I can name a few... This is a funny poll in which the writers at EW has put together and is voted by the fans!! They pitted Monster vs. Movie Vamps or Machines vs. TV Vamps... Comic book spoofs Twilight

When I brought the Twilight Graphic Novel, I had a hard time reading it as I am not a comic style reader. So the pictures kinda of distracted me in the beginning but then after a few pages, it got better and better! It took me a day to read it!

Now there's another comic coming out by Archie and Friends and they are spoofing Twilight! It hits shelves August 11th and you can check out a preview below via MTV Splash page!!!

Vampires Suck Trailer ~ Official

Last night, me and my son were watching TV and this trailer spot comes on and I see two girls screaming at each other and then one swings a shovel and knocks the other out... I then pull up the full trailer for this little spoof movie and me and my son basically pee on ourselves laughing out loud at the trailer...

The trailer is for a new movie called Vampires Suck and will hit theaters on August 18th!

Breaking Dawn Announcement

So Twi Hards looks like Summpid is going to drag us around for another TWO YEARS...

As most of you know, Breaking Dawn is being broken into two movies. Filming for said movies will start this fall 2010 in Baton Rouge, LA (45 minutes from me) and back to Vancouver.

However, we won't get the first part until November 18, 2011. It's a long way away but it's all good right?

Well, yesterday Summpid dropped the bomb and released the date for the second part of Breaking Dawn, November 16, 2012... Yes a year apart!!

At first I had a panic attack, but after reading a few articles on why Summpid would so this, it all makes sense, but it doesn't mean I like it...

So for now, I will await for Bel Ami, Water for Elephants and Welcomes to the Riley's to hit theaters next year and await for my copy of Eclipse DVD!!!

Louisiana, The NEW Hollywood??

Yes, I am boasting here... Louisiana is the NEW HOLLYWOOD!!!

We have had soooooo many movies and Tv shows being filmed here it isn't even funny! While a friend was in town, we watched them tape a TV show called Memphis Beat across from eating at a local food place in LaPlace!!!

I have seen signs every where in the city for crew parking and makeup.

So yes, we are the NEW Hollywood!!!

And it doesn't hurt that the number one movie right now will shoot back to back films of Breaking Dawn in my back yard, either!!!

12 years ago and counting...

Well, today is August 1st...

Some will say, "Yea, school is just around the corner..." That would be me!!

Others will say, " Only 470 something more days till Breaking Dawn..." That would be me too!!!

But today is not just any other day in my household that is... Today is the day, 12 years ago, I married my best friend, soul mate, lover, partner... Okay I'll stop now, don't want all that crap going to his head... LOL

But yes, today is the day I said I do to my wonderful husband of 12 years... And 4 kids and two dogs later... I wouldn't change it for the world!!!
