New Year... New Giveaway!!!!

I know I'm late with this, really late, but HAPPY NEW YEAR 2011! 

A lot is happening this year... Filming continues on Breaking Dawn, Water For Elephants finally hits the big screen (April 22), On the Road (KStew), Mr. Pattinson starts work on Cosmopolis some time in the Spring ish, and then the mother of them alllllllllllllll

BREAKING DAWN, PART ONE NOVEMBER!

I don't know about you guys... but I can't wait! 

So, what do I do now... I am soooooooooooo far behind on the news and what not that I thought, "Hey, you need to do something to get everyone's attention again!"

And guess what... I thought of some thing!

Carter Burwell Returning to Twilight?

I find this odd and early at that too... 

But as I scope for news, I came across an article from The Playlist about the score for Breaking Dawn Parts 1 and 2. 

According to the article, Carter Burwell, who scored the first movie, Twilight, is returning to score both parts of Breaking Dawn. He has a relationship with Condon, the director, as he worked with him on Gods and Monsters.

Most directors will use composers that they feel comfortable with and have worked with before. So naturally, Condon will chose a composer that he is familiar with and can take the story and develop the music for it. 

I for one am not happy about this. I find this to be way to early talking about composers for the movies since it doesn't release until November of both 2011 and 2012. Also, I wasn't as impressed with the Twilight score as I was with New Moon or Eclipse, New Moon being my favorite of the three so far. 

So for now, I hope that this is just talk and that a better composer is chosen for the final two movies.

Last night, me and about 15 of us partied with 100 Monkeys!! 

Jackson Rathbone's band played a gig at the House of Blues in New Orleans and rocked my socks off!!

Best Buy Eclipse Cast Appearence!

So... Today started like any other Saturday would... I got up, peed, got coffee, scratched my ass, cleaned, fed kids, cleaned some more, got dressed, called the baby sitter and then RAN OUT OF MY HOUSE AT 10AM!!!

Why? Because today I spent 7 1/2 hours at Best Buy in Baton Rouge to get an Eclipse DVD signed by... Wait for it....

The dude who played Marcus from New Moon... Christopher Something or other... LOL

AND.....

Yes, I did this today!!! I am seriously fan girling still right now from this wonderful experience!! 

Now as I was leaving the line, a police officer, yes a police officer, stopped me and handed me a yellow manila folder and in it, it contained... WAIT FOR IT....

SEE THAT BOTTOM PIC... YEA THE PIC WITH ROB, KRISTEN AND TAYLOR??? YEP, THAT'S MINE!!!! APPARENTLY THEY PRE SIGNED LIKE A 100 OF THEM TO PASS OUT TODAY!!! AND THANK GOD I WAS ONE OF THE 1OO!!!! 

So as you can tell I have had a fun fill day!!! The proceeding post will be some RANDOM PICS from the EPIC DAY!!!!
